Deck n Roll Games Night - Friday 23rd January @ 7pm

Join us for another relaxed evening of tabletop gaming in Portchester. Whether you’re here for Dungeons & Dragons, curious about trying out a new TTRPG system, or just fancy a laid-back board-gaming session, there’ll be something for everyone.
We’ll have a D&D table running on the night, along with space for additional TTRPGs and a general board-gaming table. If you’d like to run something yourself, feel free to bring it along - new GMs and new players are always welcome.
Come roll some dice, meet the community, and enjoy a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
💷 A suggested £2 donation on the night helps cover venue costs - thank you for supporting the space!

The cultist’s interrogation revealed more than the party ever wanted to know. Forces tied to Myrkul and Jergal are moving once again, and in their wake, death itself is becoming unstable. The party now knows they have drawn the attention of something far greater than any mortal threat.
With no clear way to undo what’s been set in motion, they finally turn toward Gauntlgrym. Beneath the mountain lie sealed halls, ancient secrets, and dangers that may hold answers, or make the situation far worse.
Expect high-stakes decisions, tense roleplay, and a world where the rules around life and death can no longer be trusted.
Players will need a 3rd-level character (new or returning characters welcome).

Welcome to Dungeons & Dragons - the only game where you can spend three hours arguing about a door. If you’ve never played before, good news: neither has your character.
This session will be for new players so that we can get to grips with the basic rules. It aims to be a great starting point for new players to get the basics down, so that you can get into a game without the fear of feeling lost…well, not in the gameplay sense, adventures may vary.
If you are new to D&D this could be a good way to get going.
It'll be based around the D&D Essentials Kit: Dragon of Icespire Peak, and the basic rules.
